Terms of use
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Iridium Options Exchange website, blog, waitlist and public-test trading service (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. A public test with mock funds
The trading service is a public test. Every balance, premium, margin figure and payoff is denominated in mock USDC (“tUSDC”), which has no monetary value, cannot be deposited, withdrawn or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value. No real trade takes place and no real money is at risk. We may reset, grant or remove mock balances, and we may end the test, at any time.
2. Eligibility and restricted persons
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- The trading service is not offered to persons located in, or residents or citizens of, the United States of America, or of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to anyone on a sanctions list. We use network information to apply these restrictions and may refuse or close accounts on that basis.
- One account per person. Accounts are opened with a Google sign-in and a username, and are not transferable.
3. No advice, no offer
Quotes, prices, Greeks, implied moves, blog posts and other information on the Service are model outputs and opinions provided for testing and demonstration. They are not investment, legal or tax advice, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative or other financial instrument. Nothing on the Service is a representation that real-money trading will be offered, or offered to you.
4. Market data and third parties
Market data shown on the Service comes from Hyperliquid's public feeds and is provided as is. Iridium is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Hyperliquid, and Hyperliquid has no responsibility for the Service. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the Service, probe its limits, or access it in ways it does not intend.
- Do not submit false information, open more than one account, or sign up on someone else's behalf.
- Do not scrape, redistribute or resell market data or quotes shown on the Service.
- Do not use the Service to break any law, including sanctions and market-abuse rules that would apply to the same conduct in a real market.
We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules, exploits an error, or harms other users or the Service.
6. Errors and halts
The Service may halt trading in any market or in all markets, cancel or correct orders and fills that result from an error, and reverse mock balances affected by one. Because the money is mock, no compensation is due for any error, outage, halt or loss of mock balance.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, designs, text and marks belong to Iridium Options Exchange or its licensors. You may use the Service for its intended purpose and may quote the blog with attribution. You may not copy the Service or use its marks without permission.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or end the Service at any time, and may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Iridium Options Exchange and its people are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for any loss of mock balances, data or opportunity, arising from the Service. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars.
10. Governing law
The governing law and the forum for disputes will be set when the operating company is formed and will be stated here. Until then, these terms are governed by the law of the place where Iridium Options Exchange is organised.
